Judith Beam is a life-long animal lover. Growing up on a farm has given her many experiences in caring for a wide range of animals from goats and pigs to fish and birds!
Judith has worked at a small-animal veterinary clinic and has managed and taught at a local 15-horse therapeutic riding facility.
She has been pet and farm sitting for the past five years and with requests increasing, she grew into a full fledged business in 2008.
These experiences have given Judith a unique ability in understanding animal behaviour and to instill dog obedience training with puppies and older dogs with behavioural issues and bad habits
Currently, she is a certified dog trainer and horse groom. She is also certified in pet first aid.
In her first year of business, she was awarded the 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Award in the Niagara Region. In 2009, 2010 and 2011 she was voted Fort Erie's Finest Dog Trainer by the community!
She is a member of various national and international dog training and pet sitting organizations, as well as a member of her local chamber of commerce.
Judith is a volunteer trainer with the Niagara Falls SPCA and the Pomeranian and Small Breed Rescue, helping the organizations temperament test and correctly address behaviour problems in their rescue, foster and puppy mill dogs.
